Molly and Eric are married! These sweethearts got married on New Year’s Eve, in a quiet and intimate at home elopement. I feel so lucky that I was able to be with them to celebrate this milestone in their relationship. Molly and Eric met a few months ago through church and quickly fell in love. Before they knew it, Eric was offered a job in Charleston SC, and instead of being apart for the next year, they decide to get married this year. They tied the knot at Molly’s childhood home with their closest family and friends on NYE this year. Next year, they’ll have a big celebration in Charleston for their first anniversary.
Intimate At Home Elopement on New Year’s Eve
When I showed up, the first thing we did was photograph their first look and wedding portraits. Molly’s parents have a beautiful property and it was just perfect for their family portraits, too! Before long, the sun began to go down and we headed in to get Molly and Eric married!! One of my favorite part about Molly and Eric’s New Year’s Eve elopement was that Molly’s dad was ordained a week before the celebration so that he could officiate their ceremony. How special is that? I thought it was just amazing that he would do that. I know that him officiating is a memory both Molly and Eric will treasure forever. Their ceremony was so relaxed and allowed them to focus on what really mattered about their wedding day: their connection. I love that everyone in the room was just so happy to see them tie the knot.
Congratulations again, Molly and Eric! This is a special evening I will always remember. I wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness. I hope you enjoy scrolling back through your special day!!! Thank you for letting me witness your love story.
