I am so excited to show you some of my favorites from Jenn and Jon’s Charlotte NC Winter Wedding day! Everything about their big day went smoothly! I was a little shocked at how relaxed both Jenn and Jon seemed. The wedding was held at Jenn’s home church where her dad is the pastor. This wedding was especially special to me because it is also the church where I grew up. Being back brought back so many memories of being in school with Jenn. We were a couple years apart in school, however, when you only have 150 people total in the school, you become close to absolutely everyone. And I loved that aspect of it.
Charlotte, NC Winter Wedding
Jenn chose the wedding colors burgundy and navy…. Perfect for a winter wedding so close to Christmas! Her colors went so nicely with her greenery filled with cream colored roses, hydrangeas and (my personal favorite) eucalyptus. It was a simple, yet elegant wedding, and most importantly, it was a wedding filled with love and laughter.
When Jenn first asked me to shoot her wedding, I was beyond excited because I knew she was going to make such a beautiful bride. But even more precious than her obvious beauty from that day was the pure love that she and Jon have for each other. It was truly a privilege to take part in their sweetest day by capturing their love for each other.
