To celebrate, I photographed her lifestyle newborn session in Charlotte, NC. Honestly, I’m just SO obsessed with how they turned out. She’s precious and I honestly don’t care if I’m biased at all!!

Newborn photography is in a league of its own! Seriously, if you’re a fellow newborn photographer, you know this to be true! I am so excited for the growing collection of newborn outfits and props in my home studio but I actaully took these in Julia’s home! Yay for bedrooms with good natural light! I feel like I need to give a shout-out to my brother for holding up makeshift backdrops/blankets behind Julia. If you could see the before pictures I think you would be shocked with how these came out! Maybe I will share those someday! 🙂
Seeing James (my 5 year old nephew) hold and love on Julia is the sweetest thing. When he first held her, he just whispered to her that he loved her and then he stared at her sweet face just studying every detail of her. I have a video of that moment and besides hearing me sniffle and see the shaky camera from me losing it, it’d pretty cute. LOL
